1. Is the Degree conferred at AAM recognized and approved by the Government?

Yes, it is recognized and approved. The degree is conferred by Bharathiar University, Coimbatore which is a State University under Government of Tamilnadu and is recognized by UGC, Association of Indian Universities and Ministry of HRD, Government of India.




2. Is the Degree offered under Regular Stream or Distance Learning?

The MBA Degree is offered under the regular stream. Students studying in AAM will be conferred a Regular Degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

4. How is AAM different from other Business Schools?

At AAM, the emphasis is not only on providing the students with MBA degree but also on the practical method of learning. This practical exposure is what enables students to be industry ready from the day one you are appointed. Corporate prefer candidates who are multi-talented and require no or very minimal training. At AAM is primary focus is on to not only train you as required by the multi-national Corporate Companies, but to provide you will all opportunities so you can get in to one of those Corporate Companies.




5. Are there any Placement facilities at AAM?

At AAM, we provide all means of support to place you in a Corporate. We have signed Memorandum of Understanding with top rated multi-national companies for Internships and Placements. The Campus interviews conducted every year is an excellent event for the Students to exhibit their talents to get placed. The Job Fairs coordinated by AAM is the right arena where the jobs from different Multinational Companies and the talents from AAM meet each other. These Job Fairs are the apt occasions for the Students to meet different Companies, understand the market requirements and to get placed in a Corporate. We also have the Placement Counseling program to better understand what you need and guide you to achieve it.




6. Is there any special coaching available for Non-Commerce students to cope up with the MBA Program at AAM?

Yes, there is a special coaching program available for the non commerce students called as Bridge Course. The Bridge Courses are conducted two weeks prior to the starting of the regular classes. This course will get the students familiarized with the accountancy and Management concepts.




7. Is there any special training for the students who lack fluency in English?

Our students are from different parts of the country. We give more emphasis on the communication ability of our students. In fact we evaluate the communication skills of the students and make the Communication training program as compulsory for the students. This training program is to ensure that the students have the command over English and communication, in general, as these skills are important.




8. What is the duration of the MBA program?

The course Duration is 2 years and it is divided to four semesters.




9. Is the attendance compulsory for successful completion of the MBA program?

Yes, it is. A minimum of 75% attendance should be registered in a semester to appear for the university examinations for that semester.




10. What is cost of Prospectus and application form?

The Prospectus and application form will cost Rs.750.00. It can also be downloaded from the website http://avidus.net or obtained from our admission Office at Chennai.




11. Do I have the option to apply for the Bank loan for my educational expenses?

Yes, the students are eligible for bank loan from both Nationalized and Private sector banks. Upon the payment of the 1st semester fees to the college, a Bonafide Certificate with the expense estimate will be issued on request. These documents have to be presented to bank to obtain the loan. Please contact our admission office for more information and assistance in the loan approval process.




12. How can I make a Provisional Admission for joining MBA at AAM?

The application form downloaded from the website http://avidus.net will have to be completed and returned to our admission office with a DD of Rs. 750/ (Rs. 10,000 towards Provisional Admission and Rs. 750 towards the Application Fee) and the latest educational documents (latest degree certificate or HSC certificate if studying final year UG). You will be receiving the provisional admission letter confirming the reservation of your seat. The Balance of fee has to be paid 15 days before commencement of classes.




13. In case I have not taken CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT what should I do?

You should appear for the entrance exam conducted by AAM. Please contact AAM Admission Office for the examination schedule or more information in this regard.
