Teaching Pedagogy

There are some unique Teaching methodologies at AAM and the rest has some AAM unique touch to it. Our methodologies emphasize more on practice and are designed to bridge the gap with reality. This in turn bridges the gap between where and what the student is and where and what the student wants to be in reality. Also AAM takes pride in Programs and Workshops that are custom designed on a case-by-case basis to match each student's requirements.

All effective methods of teaching are undertaken at AAM to benefit the students. We also focus on the Learner Controlled methods that involve active learning by the Student. This focus ensures that the teaching methods at AAM are distinctive and the students get a hands-on experience in what they learn.

Teaching methods adapted at AAM are distributed throughout the graph shown above so the student gets a 360 degree view and understanding of what he is learning. The initial teaching method we adapt is the learner controlled passive methods where we strive to build the required basics in the students. This is followed by the Learner controlled active methods for "Learning by Doing" so the students have a hands-on experience and get to the depth of understanding what they have learnt. These two teaching methods are supplemented by the teacher Controlled active methods for attitude building and behavior modeling. We provide all facilities like the Library and the Internet Cafe and also encourage the students to follow the learner controlled passive methods so they understand the value and make self learning a practice.

We at AAM understand that each student is different and has diverse needs to be concentrated and worked on. We have designed the teaching methodologies at AAM keeping this in mind. Teaching Methodologies at AAM is custom configured for each individual and refined constantly by an iterative process. Learning of each student is evaluated and reviewed and the feedback is applied to change, update or modify the teaching methods and strategies to make it more effective.
